We are looking for weekly help on Thursdays in the kitchen! Help cook, prep, clean and serve for our 12-1 PM lunch service. Weekly position!
Must participate in mandatory Volunteer Orientation before volunteering
About Community Dining Room
Founded in 1985, the Community Dining Room (CDR) is a private, not-for-profit organization providing food, support, and companionship to our shoreline neighbors. We serve the south-central Connecticut shoreline. The Community Dining Room is committed to providing meals to the community and supporting basic human needs. Our vision is to see a well-nourished community. We strive to promote public awareness of the impact of hunger and isolation in our society. We are dedicated to helping our guests with their practical needs through referrals and fellowship.
